Hours: Monday- Friday, 6:30am am-2:30pm ( Overtime and Saturdays time required)

Primary Functions:
Responsible for preventative maintenance tasks on industrial machinery, maintain industrial
equipment as necessary and support production as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Install and maintain mechanical and electric equipment, applying knowledge of
engineering principles.
? Maintain and repair motors, circuits, wiring and other electrical system equipment and
components in compliance with electrical codes, standards and regulations.
? Operates a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of
electrical malfunctions.
? Studies plans, drawings, specifications and work orders to determine work requirements
and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
? Observe and evaluate equipment and machinery to ensure its proper operation according
to specifications or diagnose causes of malfunction.
? Makes adjustments, reparations and component replacement if necessary.
? Disassembles machinery to remove parts or make repairs.
? Performs preventative maintenance and calibration of machinery and equipment.
? Prepares work instructions as required.
? Inspect equipment and components for damage and wear

Qualifications:
? 2-3 Years working in an industrial/manufacturing environment as an Electrician
? Experience repairing or upgrading electrical systems and electronic equipment such as:
Replacing motors, drives, contactor, fuse blocks, relays, encoders, data sensors, limit
switches, control circuits, thermocouples, pressure switches etc.
? Trouble shooting skills
? Able to read and understand electrical schematics
? Strong PLC Knowledge-must know how to trouble shoot PLC
? AC/DC drive knowledge and experience
? Must be able to work weekends and overtime
? Must be able to multi task
? Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
? Mechanical skills
